This White Castle sliders recipe allows you to enjoy the popular recipe at home, perfect for nights when you don't want to leave the house and run to the restaurant. Some of the ingredients you will need to make this sliders recipe include hamburger meat, chopped onion, Lipton onion soup dry mix, milk and creamy peanut butter (optional). You will also need slider buns, cheese (optional), and pickle slices.

To start, mix the hamburger with the milk, peanut butter and onion soup mix by hand in a mixing bowl. Then put the hamburger mix on cookie pan and flatten the hamburger mix by hand or with a rolling pin, making sure to fill the whole cookie pan to the edges. Then bake in a 350 degree Fahrenheit preheated oven. When finished baking pull the cookie pan out of the oven. The meat on the baking pan will have shrunk. At this stage, you can add the chopped onions up to the edges and put the baking pan back in the oven for another ten minutes. Then pull the meat out again of the oven again, this time, add the cheese slices, pickles and scoop onions onto the meat. Then place the tops of the slider buns on the meat making individual burgers, but don't cut the meat just yet. Put the baking pan back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Then pull out of the oven and use a pizza cutter to cut the meat and scoop onto the bottom buns that did not go into the oven.

White Castle is a popular American fast food hamburger restaurant chain that is located in the Midwestern and Mid-Atlantic United States. The fast food chain is credited with being the first fast food chain in the United States. It is especially known for its small, square hamburgers. These small burgers are often called sliders.
