Which comes first? Chicken? Or Eggs? “Chickens! Chickens are the ones who hatch the eggs!” *other one raises* “No! Eggs came in first! Chickens came from eggs!” What? Before we all explode, I want to tell you that we are not here to debate about chickens and eggs. We are only going to talk about eggs--- “Then why did you ask that question?! You could have asked something about eggs only!” Listen, you. I’m asking that because it has something to do with eggs! And that is just an opening for this getting-to-know article with eggs! Right. Some people worry because eggs have high cholesterol, but, in fact, they help increase HDL, which is good cholesterol and “reduces the risk of many diseases.” Most of all, eggs have choline that plays a vital role in our nervous system and building cell membranes.
